At the Y, a supportive community is a big part of wellness. You’ll find people here just like you looking to live a little bit healthier. Use the support and enthusiasm of your team, coach and Y staff to achieve a greater well-being. Our 10-week team transformation challenge helps you get in shape, lose weight and adopt healthy eating and exercise habits. We will support you every step of the way. We measure your initial fitness level, share information about nutrition, fitness and stress management, support you with weekly meetings and encourage you throughout the process. In short, we are here for you. Weekly meetings include weigh-in, review of exercise and food logs, information about exercise and nutrition and an opportunity to share ideas for success with team members.

Registration opens Monday, December 9, 2019 and runs through Wednesday, January 15, 2020.  Register online or at the Member Service Desk.
