Maintain a healthy lifestyle, enrich the quality of your life, connect with others, improve your skills and have fun. All of this happens at the Santa Monica Family YMCA Senior Center. Our Y’s programs go beyond exercise classes and offer many other opportunities for senior adults to stay healthy and get involved. We offer an array of exercise classes including – Fitness Fusion, Stretch and Strengthen, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Core and Stretch, Mindfulness class, chair exercise, YogAbility Hatha Yoga Chair Exercise. Volunteer opportunities are available. Teach a class, or find another way to help out in the Y.
