Our YMCA Personal Trainers Have One or More of the Following Certifications

All trainers are vetted by Healthy Living Experts and continually develop skills to stay up to day with current best practices.

PERSONAL TRAINING POLICIES
- For liability reasons, only personal trainers employed by the YMCA are allowed to train clients at the Y
- Members will be charged for no-shows or appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Sessions expire as follows: 30 days for 5-pack, 60 days for 10-pack and 120 days for 20-pack
- Services exchanged, or direct payment to the trainer are not permitted and will result in loss of benefits
- Personal training sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable, including partner sessions
- The YMCA reserves the right to assign alternative personal trainers if necessary

Maurkice Palmore, CPT

Hanna Masoumi, CPT
Hanna is passionate about helping members build confidence, emphasizing the potential of calisthenics , teaching that bodyweight control is one of the most powerful ways to gain strength, balance, and awareness.
