“Working with a Personal Trainer is a great help with your exercise program. It ensures that you stay focused and disciplined. I have had the experience of working with two of YMCA’s trainers, and can truly recommend the program. They have been professional, supportive and capable of tailoring your work-out to your individual needs. They have also been thoroughly nice and a pleasure to work with.” – Andree M., YMCA Santa Monica member
