The Santa Monica Family YMCA encourages local residents to become members.  Residents of Santa Monica who qualify under our low-income guidelines are eligible for financial assistance for up to a period of six (6) months to one (1) year.  Periodic reviews are conducted for continued eligibility.

Financial Assistance Program for Adults, Seniors & Families:

Financial Assistance Applications for Adult, Senior or Families Memberships are available at the Y Member Service Desk or by clicking the following link CLICK HERE.  Applicants who can not provide proof of permanent residency in Santa Monica will not be considered. PO Boxes are not accepted for residency.  All supporting documentation (See Checklist) must accompany the application to be processed, incomplete applications will be returned.

Youth & Teen Scholarship Program:

Young Adult/Student Scholarship Program:

Program Assistance Funding

Partial scholarships are available to assist with the cost of the following programs:  Day Camps, Resident Camps, After School Kids’ Clubs, Youth Programs, Swim Lessons and Porpoise Club. If you are in need of financial aid for program fees Click Here for a Program Assistance Application and more information.  In order to receive Program Assistance, the child must be a member of the Santa Monica Family YMCA. Please read the application carefully and be aware of the deadline dates to request assistance.
