Discover the adventure of a lifetime! The Santa Monica Family YMCA is proud to offer several amazing camps where every child can build confidence and make new friends in a safe and nurturing environment.
From our action-packed Summer Day Camp to our seasonal Mini Day Camps during school breaks, we offer safe, engaging programs that keep kids active, social, and learning all year long. Whether it’s Spring Break Camp, Winter Camp, or a single-day Mini Camp, children enjoy themed activities, games, arts, STEM, and more—led by caring, trained staff. Summer Day Camp
Day Camps are available for youth in preschool and elementary school, following the age guidelines of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. Day Camp is a great place for your child to play in a safe environment that encourages character development, healthy lifestyles, and having fun! Camp runs weekly starting June 15, 2026 through August 14, 2026 for kids in grades TK–8.
Summer Day Camp includes a variety of daily activities to keep your campers active and engaged, including activities like pickleball, gaga ball, 3D printing, gaming, swimming, rock climbing wall, field trips, and more. All activities will be tailored to focus on the theme of the week. Activity calendars for each week will be sent out the Thursday prior to the camp week so that families are in-the-know and can pack/dress accordingly.
Summer Day Camp offers Specialty Camps to provide your camper with an unforgettable experience.
Join us for Specialty Camps, like: Splash Camp, Guitar Camp, Art Camp, Basketball Camp, Theatre Camp, Maker Space Camp, Volleyball Camp, and Coding Camp.

Camp Activities & Daily Schedule
Camp days are split into 50-minute segments and include programs utilizing our state of the art facilities. Activities are age and developmentally appropriate, incorporate special events and group games and make use of such areas as the indoor basketball gym, rooftop play area, tumbling gym, arts & crafts room, and multi-purpose game rooms.
Camp Registration
All campers must be registered in order to participate. Fees vary on child’s age, membership, and registration date. See registration forms in the link below.
