Nationwide Guest Program
  • Nationwide Membership at the Santa Monica Family YMCA allows you to access participating YMCAs across the United States and Puerto Rico. In order to be eligible for Nationwide Membership, you must have an active membership with your local association, and on average, at least 50% of your monthly visits must be to your Home YMCA.
  • If you have known periods of seasonal travel where you will not be using your Home Y at least 50% of the time, or will be a resident of another area for more than 28 days, you will need to place your Home Y membership on hold (or cancel it) and join the Y where you will be living for that period. College students must join the YMCA where their usage is 50% or greater.
  • When visiting other YMCA locations, you will be required to present a photo ID and sign a waiver. It is recommended to bring a photo ID with you to ensure a smooth experience. We encourage you to make use of your Nationwide Membership and visit YMCAs in other communities, as it is part of our mission to strengthen communities through health and wellness. Please contact the YMCA you plan to visit to ensure it is participating in Nationwide Membership.
