Sports and Recreational activities are co-ed and played in the spirit of recreation. Emphasis is placed on camaraderie and good sportsmanship and improving one’s skill level. All Activities stop 15 minutes before closing.
Open Gym
Open Gym hours assures everyone has an opportunity to participate in open use in accordance with the YMCA policies. Summer hours limited due to Y Summer Day Camp Programs.

Adult Pick-Up Basketball Games
Guidelines for play:
- Winning team stays on the court for a maximum of three games.
- Offensive players make foul calls
- Defensive players make calls for turnovers.
- Point system varies according to waiting list.
