YMCAs have led health and fitness programs for people of all ages, incomes and abilities for more than a century. We also focus on overall wellness, empowering you to tailor your own plan toward healthier living by choosing how you will accomplish your wellness goals. Fitness Center Hours:

Mon through Fri 6am to 10pm

Saturday 7am to 8pm

Sunday 8am to 8pm


We encourage everyone 15 years and older to try one of our classes, our new weight room or our fitness center.  For the safety of our youth and adult members, kids 12-14 years old may use any of the equipment as long as a parent or guardian is working out next to them.


From Tai Chi to Zumba® , the Y offers group exercise classes for all ages, levels and interests — and they’re free with a membership!
